Graduate Programs

AdorWac will work with BE and Engineering
Diploma Colleges to provide students with opportunities to improve their employability
in welding and manufacturing careers. The Short-period Modules - 250-350 hours -
which include theoretical and practical components will prepare students for gainful
job roles in production, design, and project engineering related to welding fabrication
in engineering cos.
AdorWac has finalised an MOU with the Shri Sant Gajanan Maharaj College of Engineering
(SSGMCE), Shegaon (an AICTE approved institute, affiliated with Amravati University)
for delivering a Graduate Certificate in Welding Production for final year BE students
at the College.
The GCWP program has been developed by AdorWac for preparing final year BE students
for preferred employment by Industry in their respective disciplines related with
welding production. Experts at AdorWac have closely worked with potential employers
to identify occupational standards and job roles required by them. The GCWP programme
contents have been designed to prepare fresh engineers to acquire competencies to
meet the expectations in these job roles. The assessment criteria for candidates
to successfully complete this program will assure potential employers that candidates
are well suited for gainful employment.
AdorWac is already engaged with potential employers to obtain their buy-in for candidates
successfully completing this program. For this purpose, AdorWac will be putting in place
a database of employers who are inclined to prefer providing opportunities to these
candidates, for their graduate engineer trainee in-take requirements. AdorWac is also
working jointly with such employers at creating a pitch for a premium valuation
of the competencies promised in such candidates, with a view to recruit them at
salaries superior to the normal BE graduate.
